The project was about designing a learning platform to educate users about kidney transplantation in cooperation with Tübingen University Hospital. The main goal was to help dialysis patients prepare for their initial transplant consultation, while also reducing the informational workload for healthcare providers.
Learning path and dashboard
The main area of the application features the learning path, allowing users to track their progress at any time.
Additionally, users have access to a dashboard, providing all relevant information regarding the initial transplant consultation.
Summary
After each module, a summary of the key points is provided to help users better understand and remember the learnt information.
Assessment after chapters
After the summary, users answer a few questions about the last chapter. This helps them assess their understanding and identify any remaining questions. It also serves as an initial assessment for doctors to evaluate the patient's knowledge, allowing them to optimize the flow of the initial consultation.
End-of-Course feedback
Once users complete the learning path, they have the opportunity to provide a comprehensive evaluation, along with any comments or feedback. This aims to continuously improve the learning path, ensuring it better meets the needs of future users.
